Composition for 1 g.
Active ingredients:
phenazone - 40.0 mg;
lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate in terms of lidocaine hydrochloride - 10.0 mg;

Indications
Local symptomatic treatment and pain relief in children from birth and adults with:
- otitis media in the acute period at the time of inflammation;
- otitis, as a complication after the flu;
- barotraumatic otitis.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
There are no restrictions on the use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding, provided the eardrum is intact.

Contraindications
     Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
     perforation (violation of integrity) of the eardrum;
     hypersensitivity to pyrazolone derivatives (medicines containing metamizole sodium, phenylbutazone).

Carefully
It is necessary to ensure the integrity of the eardrum before starting to use the drug. If the drug is used with a perforated eardrum, the drug can penetrate into the systemic bloodstream and lead to complications.

Side effects
There is a risk of local allergic reactions, irritation and hyperemia of the ear canal.

How to take, course of administration and dosage
Maxicold® Ototita is used topically, by instilling 3-4 drops into the external auditory canal for adults and children 2-3 times a day. To avoid contact of the cold solution with the auricle, the bottle should be warmed in the palms before use.
The course of treatment should not exceed 10 days, after which the prescribed treatment should be reconsidered.
You should contact your doctor if symptoms get worse or do not improve after
2-3 days of treatment.

Storage conditions
At a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, in the original packaging.
Keep out of the reach of children.

Best before date
2 years. Do not use after the expiration date stated on the package.
After opening the bottle for the first time, the drug should be used within 30 days
